cs4 won't install on new computer. says installer is corrupted and to contact adobe. now what

I had cs4 on my old computer that has since crashed.  Tried to log it onto my new compuater (with windows 😎 and it says that the installer is corrupted and to contact adobe for a fix.  So how do I get it to install??

I checked out the link.  I don't quite understand what they are trying to get me to uninstall.  Anything that says Adobe?

Ip photo the document is asking you to remove the caps and backup folders from Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\.
