Cs5.1 Subcription

Hello there!

I Have Cs5.1 installed in my computer. it is the trial version of course, but heres where my problem is.

It asks that either i continue using the trial or i provide a serial number. I went ahead and obtained at serial number from adobe. it works it accepts it yes! The part where it says enter Adobe ID then after I enter that information it says we are not able to start your subscription of Adobe Cs5.1 Extended SUbscription Edition. Im becoming frustrated because it tells me to close and re-open photoshop, but i have to go through the same cycle again.

CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY?

I'm not sure if i can reply though yahoo but i will give it a shot. i still have my serial number i recieved: [serial number revmoded by host] im not sure how this isnt working when i enter it into my (provide serial number tab) when finalizing my subcription. <forums@adobe.com>
