I have upgraded from CS2 to CS3 to CS5.5 and now have an issue with my computer which requires me to reinstall all my software. Can i just install the Cs5.5 upgrade or do i need to reinstall all the previous versions first?

    you can just install cs5.5. 

    during its installation you will need the serial number for cs3 and, of course, cs5.5
