CS5.5 Design Premium download keeps failing. Not a network issue, no error message. Suggestions?

My laptop's hard drive was fried and needed to be replaced. I've tried repeatedly to download my old software to no avail. The download simply stops at random points without an error message. I don't have CDs for the programs and the issue doesn't seem to be in relation to my internet connection. Does anyone know what might be going on?

    Without proper system info and other technical details like your internet connection nobody can say anything. The exact caloric value of your post is zero. Just saying that something is not working is totally useless.
