cs5.5 install hangs at 99%
Moving from vista to win8.1 computer, installing cs5.5 install hung at 99% with error msg saying to close iexplore even when iexplore and all related processes were closed per Task manager. Please don't advise to open Task Mangaer and close related processes as this was done. Upon canceling install program uncompleted, cs5.5 programs appear installed anyway and do open and update.
What is probably installed incorrectly [presumably some internet explorer plugin?] and can I just leave things as is, is there a minor manual fix, or should I uninstall and try reinstall maybe after computer reboot? thanks
