cs5.5 PC download doesn't work

I bought the CS5.5 Production Premium years ago for my mac. I have only used the software on that one machine. I now have a Microsoft-based PC and would like to transfer the software over to this new computer so I deactivated the software on my mac and I found the download link on your website for the CS5.5 Production Premium and began downloading it. One of two files is supposed to be 6.9GB, but it only downloads approximately 2GB every time I try to download it. Even after unzipping the file, it still isn't 6.9GB and the file can't be used to download the software. The CS5 version downloads with no problems, but does not accept my license code.

    It will not matter as far as trying to get the Windows version installed and working on the Windows machine if you purchased a Mac license.  The Mac license will only work with a Mac and CS5.5 does not qualify for a platform swap now that CS6 is the latest release CS version.
