CS5.5 premium design "image not recognized"

I am trying to install CS5.5 on a new Mac and I have the serial number. A screen "image not recognized" comes up. What to do?

    Thanks. I actually just threw out the download and tried again and it worked. Go figure - thanks for trying!

    first, make sure that message is not erroneous by following, How to Open Third-Party Apps from Unidentified Developers in Mac OS X « Mac Tips

    then, if you still see that message and if you're using a disc to install, copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
