CS5 6.7 raw update problem

The Adobe application manager asks me to close CS5 Bridge before it initiates installation even though that application is not open.  When I hit the continue button it reappears. I tried opening and closing Bridge but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had this problem?  I can't install my updates.
