CS5 activation

I'm trying to activate CS5 on a home machine (already installed on my work machine). The serial number will not activate the product despite them being the same platform, OS, different networks and will never be used at the same time.

Any help would be appreciated!

What error does it give?

This Serial number is not valid for this product.

yet it was right for the first time the serial was entered on the other iMac.

Mmh, any chance your system clock is off? Your system language is different? Should not matter, but stranger things have happened. In any case, if you can't work this out, get in touch with support...
