CS5 and Windows 10 on a 2-in-1 tablet

I installed CS5 on my new Dell XPS-12 2-in-1 Tablet. The only issue I am having is the menu bar is so tiny I can't see it. The rest of my programs are fine; it's just the CS5. Here is a screenshot from Photoshop:

Any Ideas?

Thanks, I will try this and see if it works for CS5 also.
