CS5 Cleaner Tool does not remove all files

I posted this problem in Photoshop General Discussions because at the time I was not given many forum options.

In any case, below is what I posted and would appreciate your enlightening me on how I can reinstall CS5 Production Premium when there are files that have not been removed.

I uninstalled CS5 and then ran the Cleaner Tool but I still have programs leftover.

How do I get rid of them before I reinstall CS5?

Here is a screen shot showing some of the files that are still hanging around.

NOTE:  I have posted  this in the Photoshop General Discussions because I don't know where else to direct my question.
