CS5 deactivation option dimmed

hello, I need Deactivate my creative suite 5 for mac from my imac and reinstalling it; I have reached my maximum activation allotment and I want to install the software on the same computer; but deactivate option is unavailable (dimmed) in all products in the suite...can you help me? thanks
