CS5 Download & Serial Number

While I found several posts on this subject but the links provided in the posts did not answer the  question that was posted so...

I own CS5 for windows and I bought a new PC and need to do a reinstall on my new PC running windows 10.  I no longer have the media disks so is there a place I can download CS5 or  do I need to order the  disks (if so please include the instructions on how I can reorder).  Where can I find the serial number on my current installation so I can enter it  into the new installation of  CS5.
