CS5 education Upgrade to CS6

Hi, I am a little confused about upgrade a edu version. I got a edu version of photoshop CS 4 extended, got the free CS5 (grace period) and now I want to upgrade to CS6. As I am no student any more I hope I can simply buy the regular upgrade without problems?

Yes if you no longer qualify for the education discount you can purchase the regular upgrade and qualify.
