CS5 error "Configuration Error: Please uninstall and reinstall the product. Error: 6"

When trying to install CS5, it says

"Configuration Error:

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

Error: 6"

but I can't find Photoshop in the programs in order to uninstall. Please, can anyone help? Thanks.

I have Windows 10- 64 bit.
