hello, my old computer crashed and all my files gone. now i used new laptop windows 8. i tried to install my product photoshop cs5 but can't get trough

    Hi Jolanda, Kindly check Adobe - Creative Suite 5 Master Collection : System requirements .  You may try to Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CS5, CS5.5, CS6.
