CS5 installs fine on Fresh version of WIN 10 but can't load updates

After installing CS5, I ran Photoshop, then ran Updates from the Help tab. It seemed like all The CS5 updates were downloading, then I got an error message stating "Problems downloading, failed to install" on just about all of the Suite Programs. The most important one is camera raw 6.7

Does anyone out there have a solution? I've heard others on this forum state having success when they upgraded from W7 rather than a fresh install of W10. Surely I'm not the first to have to deal with this? No, I'm not going to CC. I've spent thousands of $s on Photoshop and Suite products over the years and I'd rather switch to a competitive product that I can buy instead. Fed up!

    Try installing your updates manually

    Updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
