Hello,

Is there a way to download CS5 Master Collection setup files ?

We have key but no sources for installation.

Tried using methods described here Download older versions of Adobe apps and here Recherche de votre numéro de série  using key provided at delivery of the product but it didn't worked.

Thanks in advance for help.

-click on the Chat bot on the bottom right hand corner of the first screen

--the chat bot is the circle with a funny looking box with 3 dots inside

-click on Downloading or Installing, then type Agent

Start by clicking the contact us link further down the Download older versions of Adobe apps page where it talks about not finding it in your account.
