CS5: New computer doesn't have as many fonts as last computer

I downloaded CS5 from adobe.com, typed in my license number. CS5 runs fine, but the font list has only half the number of fonts as my last computer.  Why?

Is there any fonts missing which you believe are installed?  Which operating system are you using and which program are you looking at the font list in?

I didn't install any fonts, just did the download off Adobe.com. Which I did the same on my last computer. The font list on the new computer is half as long as the list on the new computer. I've never downloaded "extra" fonts. The old computer's fonts must have just been the standard fonts that come with CS5. But why would this new computer have less fonts? If both computers had the Adobe.com download?

Are you referring to the fonts installed by the Creative Suite 5 installation or have you purchased fonts of Adobe.com in addition to the Creative Suite.  Do you still have access to your old computer?  Depending upon your font licenses you may be able to move any missing fonts from your old computer to your new computer.  Finally which operating system are you using?
