CS5 op een nieuwe laptop ( windows) zonder DVD installeren lukt niet

Ik heb een nieuwe ( windows)  laptop en wil graag mijn versie van CS5 en Aboe Acrobat pro weer installeren, het probleem is alleen dat er geen DVD drive meer op zit. Hoe kan ik dit voor elkaar krijgen? Er is al contact geweest met iemand van Adobe, maar deze man sprak zo verschrikkelijk slecht Engels, dat we er niet uitgekomen zijn.

You need to make sure that you are installing the software for which the serial number was created.  If your serial number is for a Creative Suite package (group of apps, such as the Web development suite) then you need to be installing the suite rather than individual programs.  When you install the suite you can select which programs get installed.

I tried this again, but am getting the message that the serialnumber is got from Adobe is not right!!
