cs5 to cs5.5

I know that the newer version are out, but I was doing a little research and realized that a lot of the features in 5.5 are well within the upgrade capibilites that I need to advance to another level.

I have a copy of cs5, but I never upgraded to 5.5. 

Is 5.5 still available to cs5 users or do I need to upgrade directly to cs6. 

I am a member of a non-for-profit organization, and we have limited funds.  Although I proform additional events form time to time, I don't necessarily see the need to transfer to Creative Cloud.

    cs5.5 is no longer offered for sale by adobe.

    You can only upgrade to current versions, meaning CS6 or CC. Adobe do not sell older versions once they have been superseded by new ones. If you are a non-profit organisation, you may be eligible for extra discounts, so contact sales directly.
