CS5 updates fail

I recently had to erase my hard drive and reinstall Mac OS Yosemite. I've reinstalled Adobe CS5 from disc and when I check for updates, the Update Manager indicates all programs need updating. I initiate the process and the updates fail to download properly. I've tried going directly to the Product Updates page (Adobe - Creative Suite : For Macintosh) and downloaded the update manually but get the same result, the update fails.

Could this possibly be related to the fact that I did not Deactivate my previous install before erasing the hard drive? If so, how do I fix this? I've followed the steps outlined in numerous Forum posts and most simply say to go to the direct Updates page, but no solutions have worked for me.

Hope someone can help me get this back up and running. Ray
