CS5 will not download properly to my computer

Hello,

I have tried to download CS5 from Adobe to my computer 4 times. The first three the download would not complete. On the final one, it seemed to be working until I clicked "install" then I received the following error message: "install" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image. Can someone please help me with this? It has taken far more time than it should to shift the program I purchased to a new computer.
