CS6

Hello,

I recently changed to a new PC and I'm looking to install CS6 for which I have the serial number. However, when I attempt to download the required pair of files found under the "Download Creative Suite 6 applications" page, I am unable to get 'file 1' in the windows international row to open. 'File 2' activates without any trouble, but 'file 1 doesn't' open at all. Is there another way to download CS6? I have tried downloading it through the Creative Cloud app, but there is no option to download CS6 as the 'previous versions' option under the 'find additional apps' section doesn't appear either.

Please help!
