CS6 activated devices do not appear in account

Hello,
I needed to transfer CS6 master suite from a computer (dead) to another one.
I cannot see any device activated in my adobe account.
Therefore I cannot deactivate/activate anything while the purchase product is visible as its serial.
And when I try to activate it on the destination computer, I am, of course, informed that I have a trial period. Is there a way to solve that?
