CS6 activation issue

After installing, I wanted to activate cs6 master collection online but it shows no internet connection, although the internet is in other programs and browsers.Going to offline activation I also can't because it doesn't generate a response code. :((( HELP!

disconnect your computer from the internet. then select offline activation
