Hi,

After buying a new computer I installed my CS6 from DVD and it says my serial number is revoked.

I also deactivated my fully working CS6 produkt on my old computer.

My adobe account in section "Products" says I have this number (product):

Registered products

  • Adobe Design Std
Serial number [censored by me]
Version6.0
Platform Windows
Registration Date Feb 25, 2014
Now, after update, my Indesign says I have 30 day trial to my CS6 but it should be lifetime licence.
Please help me.

the usual reason is that the vendor illegally sold enterprise licenses to individuals, but check with adobe support per the previous message (or use twitter) to find out why the license was revoked and if there might have been an error and you can get the license restored. eg, if you purchased directly from adobe, and your serial number is not available publically to others, the revocation was erroneous.

so, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter.  for chat, see the previous message and for twitter:

tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Try contact an Adobe agent through live chat. The Adobe Support Help Centre, where you can access an online chat link can be found at:
https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Make sure that your browser does not block scripts, or pop-ups, and also make sure your browser allows cookies for the link to work, If you don't see the chat icon in the bottom right, or it won't open the chat, try another browser (or change the browser settings).

Type  'Agent' in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a real person.

Take care with any messages or people contacting you directly claiming to be Adobe. This sometimes happens. Adobe does not provide support by email, so beware of any message in this format. More information about scammers can be seen in the link below:
