CS6 Causing Menu Bar To Hang At Startup

Since upgrading to CS6 on my MacBook Pro running Lion the menu bar hangs for almost a full minute at startup.  I concluded that CS6 is the cause due to a thread on Apple's forums in which a bunch of us are having the same problem and CS is the only common element.  Does anyone have any idea how I fix this?

Here's the thread I referenced: https://discussions.apple.com/message/18879349?ac_cid=tw123456#18879349

Any help or insight would be much appreciated.

Terryapounds I am sorry I have reviewed the thread but I don't see mention of what specific menu bar icons are being delayed.  Can you provide a bit more insight on what Menu Bar icons you are referring too?

Sure.  Once the desktop, finder options, and dock all load the missing icons in the upper right menu bar are: Wi-Fi, Battery and Time.  The Speaker icon is there but without the levels (and sometimes the speaker turns grey and you can't control it once everything is loaded).  You can interact with the desktop but most programs wont run until these menu icons finally load.  It's been awhile since I've tried to click on them while they load but if memory serves you get the spinny color wheel.

Once everything is finally loaded the computer and CS 6 works fine.

Interesting CS6 doesn't have any login items which might be interferring.  I usually utilize iStat Menus 3 for my Battery and Time but I just turned that off and re-enabled those features on my MacBook Pro 8,2 running 10.7.4.  I did not see any of the delays which you were refering too.  In fact Norton came up with a prompt after restart and I clearly saw the Date & Time, Speaker, Wi-fi, and Battery dock icon already loaded.

I would recommend that you try booting in Safe Boot to see if you have the same issue.  You may also want to compare the items listed under your User Accounts for Login items.  Many of the third-party menu bar icons will be loaded from these login items.
