CS6/CS6 extended issues

For the last month everytime I open Photoshop CS6 I get a window asking me to have a free trial to Photoshop CS6 extended. I keep shutting this down and CS6 usually opens. Now the trial period has ended I can now not open CS6 at all. Help please. I am using an iMac with Mountain Lion.
