If one reads the help about deactivation, Adobe leads you to talk on forums or via chat, about problems related with lost computers, and some others.

The case we face here is that a computer is damaged and needs formatting, so we weren't able to deactivate the Master collection before the accident happened, so we need a way to make the deactivation process via remote or directly via the licensing website...

I tried via chat but being CS6 the products we have, it seems we arent accountable for such help now.

Please help us with this issue with 2 of the 17 MasterCollection CS6 licenses the University of Tolima bought around 2012. please!!!

    Update:

Deactivation is now only available if you have access to the application on the computer to be deactivated.

    Adobe no longer resets activations.

Ich habe das Problem, eine CS 5.5 Master Collection nicht deaktivieren zu können, da der PC defekt ist. Der Support hat mich an dieses Forum verwiesen, da er sagt, er könne es nicht und hier würde mir geholfen.

there is no way to work-around the problem.  ie, to deactivate you must use a computer with a current activation.  if that's impossible, it's impossible to regain an activation.

You should be able to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  If you get off topic beyond that they are likely to deny helping you, but as far as I know as long as you are only asking for the reset, they will help.
