Question

CS6 Design Standard freezes during installation from CD and online download...

I am currently using a MacBook Pro, OS X verison 10.7.5. All updates have been done prior to install. Installation has been done by CD and Adobe's online download. I have a serial # which was provided from my job (multi-license software certificate), so I'm not sure at all why this isn't working. I've tried the install several times and it always freezes at either 18% or 21% during "font install" or "media install". In order to get out of the freeze I have to shut down my computer completely...which I know isn't a good thing. Please help! Thank you!

Try running the Cleaner Tool

Then try re-installing

I actually researched Adobe for issues with CS6 install and saw the advice

to run the cleaner, so that's been done as well. Once I try to run the

install again it freezes at the same point...18% at the fonts install. Any

other ideas?

Would appreciate if you could share the Installation Log files.

Do not place the log file here, put it on the "Pastebin.com" and share the link here
