CS6 design Standard nicht im Account sichtbar Seriennummer kann icht eingegeben werden

Habe CS6 Design Standard gekauft und installiert. Während der Installation die Seriennummer der Originalverpackung eingegeben. Frage nach Adobe-ID kam und eingeloggt. Programme funktionieren. Das Produkt tauch aber nicht im Konto auf. Der Versuch die Seriennummer im Konto einzugeben scheitert mit der Meldung:

"Diese Seriennummer ist bereits registriert worden. EinPrudukt kann nur einmal registriert werden"

    you don't need to register your cs6.  it just needs to activate when you enter your serial number.

    was your serial number accepted and installation allowed to proceed, or did you install a trial?

    serial number was accepted and installation completed, no trial-installation.

    I would expect the product to appear in my profile like other licences I have.

    Other products display the computer with active products and allow to

    deactivate. Concerning the case of a "sudden death" of a computer this

    would be convenient to get the number of installs corrected. If the only

    way to change a computer or do a reinstall is deactivating the licence

    via the menu option of just that computer - it must be operational to do

    that.

    The other point is the question - how to understand the message:

    "Diese Seriennummer ist bereits registriert worden. Ein Produkt kann nur einmal registriert werden"

    How can I be sure that the serial number was not already used by some other person ?

    The message is not clear !
