CS6 Download from a Serial Number

I have a registration number for CS6 from s teachers edition that I purchased a few years back, that I want to deactivate it from one computer and install it on another. The chat said it is no longer supported and to contact you to accomplish this.

You DE-activate on your old computer, and install on your new computer the same way you did the first time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked
