CS6 Flash won't install [Was: Re: how to install old creative suite on new computer]

Due to corrupted files on my Win 10 Pro, x64; I did a fresh reinstall that as a consequence, also removed my CS 6.0 Ultimate Suite. In reinstalling it, I am now finding that neither Flash Builder, nor Flash Professional are installed, but, rather I get a message that they were not able to install and to check the Error Summary file; which is blank, or report the issue with Technical Support.

Reaching out to Technical Support. has been a lengthy exercise in futility with "possible" answers concerning both, ending up lumping through several hoops that ultimately lead ma to where I started. I've been using CS program since Adobe first came out with them, and prior to that, individual programs such as Photoshop. I have a ton of files I created using Flash and up until yesterday. I could use them both. Now, they have suddenly disappeared. I don;t need to tell the small fortune I invested in  Adobe over the years, so, I think you might also understand my frusrration . Thanks for any suggestions.

    ConcreteBrew what error message do you receive when installing Flash Professional CS6 or Flash Builder?  Please check the installation logs for any errors that may be preventing their installation.  Information on how to locate the installation log can be found at Troubleshoot install issues with log files in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6, CS5.5, CS5), PS Elements, and Premiere Elements .
