CS6 for students

i have downloaded the suite but everytime i open it, a window with jibberish pops up. why wont this work?

Also, can you specify what have you downloaded and on which OS ?

i downloaded for windows but ment to download for iOS, so the jibberish window i was seeing was because i had the wrong platform.
