CS6 for windows is not complete

I have downloaded CS6 for windows now on several of our company's computers, and it hasn't worked yet. The error message says: "The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design Standard is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design Standard. Please download all parts."

When you download there are two files.

One is .exe & one is .7z please make sure you have them both in one folder.

After that try to run the exe file.
