cs6 install corrupted

I ran an update on my Illustrator CS6 install (early 2009 MBP 2.6 Core2Duo), and my internet connection dropped very close to the end of the process. This resulted in some sort of corruption to the program. When I try to open it, I get an error message :

Adobe Illustrator CS6 quit unexpectedly.

Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

Repeated attempts garner the same result.

I don't have easy access to the install disk, so uninstall/reinstall would be a pain. Is there a way to manually repair the existing install?
