CS6 Installation Downloads going no where

I need some installation help. My Creative Cloud app CS6 updates were failing and I was advised in another post to first try renaming a file, then if that did not work to uninstall and reinstall.

Renaming failed to fix the problem so I deactivated and uninstalled my CS6 application. Now I'm trying to install, the download has 2 files, (Photoshop_13LS16.exe) and (Photoshop_13LS16.7z). After double clicking the (.exe) file it takes about 2 mins. extracting files while showing the normal progress bar, it reaches 100% file extraction and then  nothing happens.

The other file, (Photoshop_13LS16.7z) opens to other folders none of which appear to be executable except one and that .exe file in that folder errors out.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?? Usually installation is easy and runs on its own.

Thanks, Larry

Has the Adobe CS 6 folder created on your Desktop? If yes , open it and check whether the setup.exe file is located inside?

If possible  , post screenshot of Zip file contents.

Thanks, I didn't even notice that folder. Never had to use that in the past, when I clicked on the exe file I got a bogus, "Waiting for a required restart". I did a restart, got the same message which gave me the option to ignore. After ignoring install took off. Thanks again, my bad for not even noticing the extracted folder. Problem solved!!
