Had to reenstall Windows7-64. That wiped out all user content on my computer. Trying to reenstall CS6. Rejects my SN. OF COURSE I did not deactivate it on this machine as the machine was sabotaged without warning.

The problem turned out not to be the SN but the fact that there was no indication that the program had

been previously installed on the computer. I had reenstalled Windows7 and that, of course, wiped out

everything on the computer so that there was, of course, no record of a previous installation of CS6

I do not rcall the details but one of your agents who finally did understand the problem, was able

to walk me through the procedure tosuccessfully install CS6.

    Prolem solved.

Thanks for your help and follow-up!

Can you please share what is the error message that you are getting and also confirm if the serial number was registered under your account on Adobe.com or not ?
