CS6 installer failed to initialize

Hi, I have OX 10.8.2 and can't get CS6 master collection to install, keeps on giving the message that installer failed to initialize. Have tried all the solutions you suggested but still no success. I don't know how to fix it.

    Since this appears to be your first posting, there is no record here of "all the solutions you suggested".  Can you provide details of what the error message(s) you get are saying, and identify the solutions you mention?
