CS6 Master Collection activation trouble

Hi,
my previuus computer sipmly stop working and I was unable to deactivate copy of my CS6.
I bought new one PC and try to activate again and I can't.
Can you help me?

    What's the error message you're seeing when you reinstall?

     

    Legacy Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported.  Customer care agents cannot help you with anything except an activation count reset.  Log-in below and click the online Chat icon.

    CS4, CS5 and CS6 are on life support. But they can be activated providing you have the following:
    1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase,
    2. a legitimate serial number for that particular version, language and platform (Win/Mac),
    3. an operating system that can support legacy 32-bit apps.

    You are wise, these are attempts to scam you. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

    Some persons ask me in private message to contact with xxxxxxxx@outlook.com 
    Really Adobe don't use e-mail addresses in adobe.com domain?
    Or is it fake e-mail address?

    The OS version of the installation target is unknown, but I don't think it is the version guaranteed by CS6.
    CS6 is guaranteed to run on Windows XP/7/8.x and OS X 10.6-10.9.
    Not in those versions on current new computers

     

    Ignore private messages with strange content as they are likely to be spam.

    Os version (win10/64bit) is not a problem - photoshop works ok, for 30 fays without activation on new machine, previously also works on win10/64 without any troble.
