CS6 Master collection - change language?

Hello,

I got the Master Collection CS6 from an Italian friend, because he said I could install it in English. However, it didn't give me the option to do so, and now all programs are in Italian. I have searched a little and from what I've seen it's impossible for me to switch the language, but I've also seen that many languages are already installed in my folders so I'm hoping (possibly against reason) that maybe somebody could help me out so I can actually use the programs. 🙂
