CS6 master collection won't install

I just recently bought the student edition of the cs6 master suite. I tried to install it but it won't go past 17% and stalls everytime it starts installing AdobeHelp.

I read somewhere that i should delete any previous versions i have from my program files and i did but it still won't install.

Any advice? I'm using 32-bit Windows OS if that makes any difference.

Creative Suite Cleaner Tool

Run it, try again.

thanks in advance

Move the folder C:/Program files (x86) /Adobe/Adobe Help to the desktop , start the installation once completed move the folder back to the original location from where you have moved it.
