CS6 MC INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION BY VENDOR FAILED
Greetings, I not getting the installation to work, besides the error messages please check if these instruction are correct, else send me the detail instructions. I have numbered them 1 to 17 for easy reference. Thank you. I am going to bed now will look in the morning.
MAC INSTALLATION.
VENDORS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CS6 MASTER COLLECTION.
VENDOR PROVIDED ONE DVD.
1.Disconnect your computer from the internet during the installation
2.Start the Setup Enter your serial key: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
3. When the message please connect to the internet appears click “connect later”.
4. Once installed open any application (e.g. Photoshop)
5. Once the serial number validation screen pops up click on "having trouble connecting to the internet" in blue writing,
(Not Connect Later or Validate).
6. Now select Offline Activation and then select Generate Request Code.
7. Open your Request Code app and enter your serial key used in the top box.
8, Then enter the request code from Adobe below and select generate.
9. Copy and paste your activation code back into the final activation screen and click activate.
10. Once installed do following to complete activation of your license
11. Open the update manager on the disc and then click the icon that will appear on the top right of your menu bar.
12. Copy the two lines as seen under bookmarks below and paste them on the right of the editor window.
13. Now click save and close.
14. Bookmarks: 127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
15. You can now reconnect to the internet and update your software via the help tab in any of the applications.
16. You can also register your product online when the pop up appears.
17. *If you run into any installation issues please use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean up all your previous installations and reset settings.
