cs6 mc Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

I am having trouble installing cs6 mc from both dvd and download.

I keep getting the same error for the Installer "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."

Is there a fix for this?
