cs6 me master collection corrupted files

I am trying to install the cs6 me master collection, but when I extract the files they seem to be corrupted and I can't install them.  Is there any solution?

I am using winndows 7

    use a different browser and/or wired connection and/or download manager.

    check the expected vs actual downloaded file sizes.
