CS6 offline alert after typing serial number

Hello!

I have a CS6 and I can't install it on my secound computer. After installation I type my serial number and I can not continue due to some offline problems etc.

I had the same problem few yeras ago and Adobe generate new serial number. But I can not use it for my secound computer.
