Question

CS6 or CC. Which is correct?

I have been paying for the Creative Cloud for a few months now but my Photoshop version displays CS6 at the top of the screen, not CC. When I check for updates, it is properly updated. If I try to run "Creative Cloud" as the website suggests, I do not have that application installed. My Lightroom app is the same. I had it for years before paying for CC but it still says Lightroom 5 in the "About" screen and checking for updates confirms I have the latest version (5.3). Shouldn't it also display Lightroom CC.?

Hi Craig Ryan,

Which OS are you using? Please refer the article for install instructions for CC: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

You have to download Photoshop CC from www.creative.adobe.com ,

And regarding Lightroom CC, lightroom 5 is part of creative cloud. you can say lightroom 5 is lightroom CC.
