CS6 Production Premium: Change Product Key from Win to Mac

Hey there!

The chat function doesn't work, so I am trying this forums to get in touch with Adobe.

I have Adobe Production Premium CS6 and would like to change my Windows-Key into a Mac-Key. Can an Adobe assistant contact me please? I don't know another way to reach somebody from Adobe...

Kind regards

Philipp

This is not a contact point for Adobe - these are public/user-to-user forums.  As I indicated in my previous post... As far as the chat line goes, Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Thank you a lot! In the end it was a security program I use that didn't allow me to use the chat. With Internet Explorer (sigh) it worked. This Thread can be closed - thanks for your help!

No one from Adobe is likely to contact you in this matter.  YOu will need to make that contact.  Here is a link with information for change your license from one platform to another (it is irreversible)

Exchange an Adobe product for a different language or platform version

I was on this site the whole morning, trying to make contact. For my product the phone support is disabled and I cannot select the chat option, even though it says it should be live. That's why I am here, the only place I see myself possible to make the contact to Adobe.
