CS6 Production Premium Install

Purchased and downloaded CS6 Production Premium for Mac.  Three files were provided for download. Two are for PP and one is specific to Illustrator. The two dmg files for PP had install scripts while the dmg for Illustrator did not. The Illustrator file contains additional fonts.  Question is, where do I copy the English/fonts folder to under OSX?

Good to know and thank you for the tip.  I'll use the Font Book app and update/install them just to make sure.

Thanks to both.  That's what I was looking for.  Called tech support also and they said if CS6 installed without errors, then I don't even need to install these extra fonts?  Kinda makes me go hmmmm.....

I assume they are available seperatly so that if you accidentally or otherwise need to remove them and reinstall them, you can without having to reinstall the whole application.

You may want to double check that they are all there however. I know in the past, when I went to install the extra fonts from CS5.5 Design Premium, a number of them got installed with the app, but there were a few of them that didn't.

Or you can use the Font Book app (in your Applications folder) to install and manage your fonts, which is the preferred method.

That is the dmg for the additional Content that you get including adobe fonts. So, put them under Library->Fonts

Library folder is hidden in MAC Lion.

Hold Option and Use the “Go” Menu to Show Library  : http://osxdaily.com/2011/07/22/access-user-library-folder-in-os-x-lion
